Setting up a collaborative project includes a labeling process. This label is awarded by the Cluster's CA (Conseil d'Administration, Board of directors) following recommendations from the CSV (Selection and Validation Committee). The CSV is made up of experts in the field concerned, who have an obligation to keep the projects confidential.
The proven expertise of the Cluster's consultative and decision-making bodies guarantees the quality of the Images et Réseaux label. The following section describes the steps to follow to obtain labeling for a project.
The steps in the labeling process
Cluster contact details : Images et Réseaux
You have an idea for a project that meets the requirements of a funding mechanism (for example, response to a call for projects). If this project corresponds to the Images et Réseaux cluster's themes, you can request labeling. |
Make contact with the Cluster's technical management. It will inform you about the principles guiding the award of the Images et Réseaux label: the innovative character, the necessity to group partners together, the obligation to correspond to the Cluster's thematic orientation, based at least partly in Brittany or Pays de la Loire… |
It is not mandatory to submit a draft project, except in cases where this is specifically required. But we recommend that you do in fact submit a draft project, which will be examined by the CSV (Selection and Validation Committee). At this stage, the CSV assesses the relevance of the project and gives advice that is useful for setting up a good application. |
Compose and submit the application for the project to be labeled. In particular, this will state the aim of the project, the partners, the expected results... . A well-prepared application increases the chances of labeling, which in turn increases the chances of obtaining funding. |
The final application is assessed by the CSV. The assessment procedure includes a presentation by the project manager, followed by questions. The CSV makes a recommendation, which is communicated to the Cluster's Board of directors. |
Helped by the CSV's recommendation, the Cluster's Board of directors examines the project, then decides about the labeling request. |
