SCHC the technology initiated by Acklio, has been published as an IETF standard last month (learn more). To prepare the go-to-market, business verticals and technology consortia are now integrating and certifying SCHC in dedicated communication stacks. This is notably the case in the field of smart metering. DLMS, the most widely used protocol for connecting smart electricity meters around the world is now ready to be deployed over LoRaWAN® networks.

The LoRa Alliance, along with the DLMS User Association, organises a webinar to describe applications and markets, and explain how they tackled the challenge to run an IP-based standard over an LPWAN technology thanks to SCHC.
