Lancé en 1985, le programme Eureka a pour objectif de faciliter la coopération européenne en matière de recherche technologique précompétitive pour renforcer la productivité et la compétitivité de l’Europe dans les technologies de pointe.
Il s’agit d’une initiative indépendante des programmes communautaires qui associe aujourd’hui 42 États membres et la Commission européenne, parmi lesquels les 28 pays de l’Union européenne. L’Afrique du Sud, le Canada et la Corée du Sud font partie des pays associés qui peuvent participer aux projets dans les mêmes conditions que les pays membres.

- Open call until MARCH 14, 2024
- The programme now supports international innovative projects led by R&D-performing SMEs, in addition to innovative SMEs with no previous R&D experience, but with the ambition and capabilities to develop new products, processes and services.
- The consortium must include at least two partners independent from each other and established in at least two different Eurostars countries. The leader of this consortium should be an R&D performing SME, or an innovative SME with suitable ambition and capabilities, and the typical consortium consists of 3 partners.

- The national funding bodies from 16 countries have allocated funding for organisations collaborating on international R&D projects in the field(s) of applied quantum technology
- Your consortium must include at least two independent legal entities from a minimum of two Eureka countries.
- The project must have a civilian purpose.
- The project must be directed at researching or developing an innovative product, process or service with the goal of commercialisation.
- Call for projects budget: 1 million euro
